Everyone knows that recycling is good for the environment, but did you know that it could also benefit severely disabled children, young people and their families?
Family Fund extra has partnered with the Recycling Appeal to help save the environment and help the Family Fund.
This exciting new fundraising initiative recycles your mobile phones and printer cartridges.
If you use a printer or fax machine, each cartridge can earn Family Fund extra £1. Each mobile phone is worth around £7 – estimates suggest there are close to 90 million handsets hiding in cupboards in the UK, so if any of these are yours then why not use them to raise valuable funds?
Taking part is easy
Simply click on the “Recycle Now” button. If you have a product to send in, you will either receive a freepost envelope or call from a member of the Recycling appeal team to arrange a free collection.
