Becoming a member of Family Fund extra could not be easier!

To join thousands of families who are already benefiting from Family Fund extra, you will need to be caring for a disabled child or young person up to and including the age of 25, or be a young disabled person up to this age. 

To apply for membership, simply complete the application form below. Once completed, Family Fund extra will review your application. Should your application be approved it will only take a few minutes for Family Fund extra to send you your unique username and details of how to activate your membership.
